Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 working days and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate,
which can change without notice. 

We will deliver the Goods, to the Delivery Location by the time or within the agreed period or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day on which the Contract is entered into.
 Small parcels due to be delivered to UK Highlands, Islands and Outside of the UK may incur additional charges. For larger items, we will contact you to inform you of any additional charges that would need to be paid.  We will process this additional charge at our store address.

 We might refuse to deliver to addresses outside England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. If, however, we accept to delivery overseas, we will need to offer a quotation first. Please contact us for a quote, with the details of your order and its destination.
Please note that you may need to pay import duties or other taxes, as we will not pay them.

You can collect your purchase in-store at a time convenient for you, free of charge.
This service is available within store opening times.
You agree we may deliver the Goods in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges. If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility. 
The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection.
You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

For furniture orders, we will contact you with an expected lead time. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the item they are purchasing will fit thought the access doors and corridors and into the chosen room.
