Dear Friends,

We are delighted to announce Sumbiotecture: Bio-Based Architecture and Interior Design. Organised in partnership with PLP Labs this one-day event on the 17th June will focus on mycelium as a regenerative material and its applications in architecture and interior design. Through a series of mycelium exhibits, drinks, and talks, we want to embark on a journey to discover the myriad ways mycelium can bridge the gap between the natural and built environment.

Whether you're a mushroom enthusiast, a lover of art and design, or simply curious about the connection between mycelium and architecture, this event is a fitting occasion. Immerse yourself in a space where art, engineering, and nature converge, as we delve into how artists, architects, and designers are tapping into the intricate network of mycelium.

Held at The Home of Sustainable Things, Islington, N1, the showcase will display PLP Lab’s novel 3D printed wood and mycelium block formations, fungal artworks by independent artists, and a range of bespoke interior products with zero or low carbon output represented by The Home of Sustainable Things, including the Lakki Lighting range, Myceen range and newly developed MykoFoam as well as talks and some certain complimentary refreshments.

We look forward to welcoming you. Limited tickets available, https://www.eventbrite.com/e/sumbiotecture-bio-based-architecture-and-interior-design-tickets-648237685367">Sumbiotecture: Bio-Based Architecture and Interior Design
